We totally get it — sometimes things don’t work out. Whether you ordered the wrong size or just changed your mind, we’re here to make returns easy.
1. Changed Your Mind? No Stress.
If you’re not vibing with what you ordered, you can send it back as long as:

It’s within 14 days of when it arrived

It’s unworn, unwashed, and still has the tags
-
It’s in the same condition you got it
Just shoot us an email at hello@urbanease.com.au before sending anything back. We don’t cover return postage for change-of-mind returns, and you’ll usually get a store credit once we’ve received your item.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Not What You Ordered?
That’s on us — and we’ll fix it.
If you got something faulty, damaged, or just plain wrong, let us know within 7 days of receiving it. Email us at hello@urbanease.com.au with a quick description and some photos of the issue.
If approved, we’ll sort you out with a refund, replacement, or repair — and cover the return shipping too.
3. What You Can’t Return
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

Underwear
-
Swimwear
-
Socks
-
Gift cards
Unless there’s a fault — in which case, we’ve got you.
4. Getting Your Refund
Once we get your return and give it a once-over, we’ll let you know if it’s all good.
If it is:

We’ll refund you to your original payment method

Or send you a store credit, depending on what you requested
Please give it 5–10 business days for the money to show up in your account.
5. Want a Different Size or Style?
We don’t do direct swaps right now — the fastest way is to return your item for a refund or credit, then jump back online and grab the one you really want.
